Agreement and contracting company
These Terms form an agreement between the subscribing business and Rev Port Solutions FZC LLC, the United Arab Emirates company that provides RP Specs. The person accepting these Terms confirms that they are authorized to bind the subscribing business.
Business licence to use RP Specs
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, RP Solutions grants the subscribing business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for its authorized users to access RP Specs for its internal business operations during the subscription. RP Specs, its software, design and supporting materials remain the property of RP Solutions and its licensors.
Your workspace and team
The subscribing business controls its invited users and assigned roles. It is responsible for keeping account details accurate, authorizing uploads, removing access when no longer required and protecting credentials. An account must not be shared by people who have not been assigned access.
Customer data
The subscribing business retains ownership of the project information, documents and other content it provides. It grants RP Solutions the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up and support that content for the purpose of providing RP Specs. The business is responsible for having the rights and permissions required to provide that content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse RP Specs, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt its security, introduce harmful code, access another organization’s information, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, resell the service without written approval or use it in a way that could damage the service or other customers.
Specification responsibility
RP Specs supports specification and project workflows but does not replace professional judgment. Customers remain responsible for checking product suitability, quantities, pricing, door and hardware requirements, access-control decisions, regulatory requirements and issued documents before procurement, installation or reliance.
Subscriptions and suspension
Plan capacity, billing interval, recurring price, trial details and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Online subscriptions renew until cancelled in accordance with the Subscription Policy. RP Solutions may suspend access for overdue payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach while preserving customer data in accordance with the applicable retention policy.
Availability and changes
RP Solutions works to provide a reliable and secure service, but maintenance, updates, third-party services and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. RP Specs is provided on an as-available basis and, to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings. RP Solutions’ total aggregate liability arising from RP Specs is limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
A customer may cancel renewal as described in the Subscription Policy. RP Solutions may terminate access for a material breach that is not corrected after reasonable notice, or immediately where continued access would be unlawful or create a material security risk. Termination does not remove obligations that accrued before termination.
UAE law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. Rev Port Solutions FZC LLC is registered at Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Questions may be sent to info@rpsolutions.ae.
