Agreement and business eligibility
RP Specs is intended for business use. The final terms will identify who may accept the agreement on behalf of a company and when it becomes effective.
Company workspace and users
The subscribing company controls its workspace and the users it invites. Administrators are responsible for appropriate roles, current access and the accuracy of supplied information.
Account security
Users must protect their credentials, use the service only through authorized access and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful content, access another company workspace or use RP Specs to violate third-party rights.
Customer data
The company retains responsibility for the data it supplies and the permissions needed for RP Solutions to host, process and display that data while providing the service.
Software and intellectual property
RP Solutions retains rights in RP Specs, its product design, software and documentation. A subscription grants limited access to use the service under the agreed plan.
Plans, limits, fees and taxes
Access depends on the selected plan, billing interval, usage limits, add-ons and payment status. Fees, tax treatment and currency must match the checkout and subscription record.
Trials and renewal
The final terms will describe trial access, automatic renewal, payment authorization and what happens when a trial or paid period ends.
Third-party services
RP Specs depends on third-party hosting, authentication, storage and payment services. Stripe provides the hosted subscription checkout and billing portal.
Availability and updates
RP Solutions may maintain, update or change the service. Final service-level promises, if any, should appear only in an approved enterprise or support agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for security, misuse, overdue payment or breach. The final terms must align suspension, reactivation and data-access timing with the application lifecycle.
Liability, governing law and disputes
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution require explicit approval from qualified UAE counsel before publication.
