Who is responsible
Rev Port Solutions FZC LLC operates RP Specs from the United Arab Emirates and is responsible for the personal data described in this Notice. Its registered address is Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Privacy questions may be sent to info@rpsolutions.ae.
Information we collect
We collect account and company details, invited-user information, contact and support communications, demonstration or appointment details, subscription and invoice metadata, security and technical records, and the content customers enter or upload to their workspaces. Stripe receives payment-method information directly; RP Specs does not store full payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide workspace features, process subscriptions, communicate essential service information, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations. Promotional messages are sent only with separate permission and include a way to unsubscribe.
Workspace content and access
Workspace content may include customer records, product catalogues, schedules, access planning, commercial information and project documents. Access is restricted by authenticated company membership and assigned roles. Authorized RP Solutions administrators may access information only when reasonably needed for support, security, administration or legal compliance.
Service providers and international processing
RP Specs relies on service providers including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and storage services, Stripe for checkout, billing and invoices, Resend where service-email delivery is enabled, and Odoo for appointment and enquiry management. These providers may process information in countries where they or their subprocessors operate. RP Solutions uses appropriate contractual and security measures when information is processed outside the UAE.
No sale or AI training
RP Solutions does not sell personal data. Private workspace content is not used to train public or third-party artificial-intelligence models. Information is shared with providers only as needed to operate, secure, bill and support RP Specs, or when disclosure is legally required.
Retention
Active-workspace information is retained while needed to provide RP Specs. After a subscription ends and the workspace is closed, customer workspace data is normally retained for 90 days for retrieval or reactivation and may then be permanently deleted. Billing, tax, consent, security and audit records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Backups are removed through their normal secure rotation.
Security
RP Solutions uses access controls, tenant separation, protected storage, logging and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers must protect credentials, assign roles carefully and notify RP Solutions promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, individuals may ask for information about their personal data and request access, correction, restriction, transfer or deletion, or object to or withdraw consent for relevant processing. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained by law or is needed to protect legal rights. RP Solutions may verify identity and authority before acting.
Requests and updates
Send privacy requests to info@rpsolutions.ae with enough account context to identify the request. Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers or confidential key-cut information. We may update this Notice when services or legal requirements change; material changes will be communicated through the website, workspace or account contact where appropriate.
