Plans and included limits
Each subscription plan defines included users, active projects, storage and available features. Enterprise agreements may use custom limits and terms.
USD subscription catalogue
The website is being prepared for USD subscription pricing. Public amounts must not be published until the matching USD Stripe Prices and database catalogue records are configured together.
Project-document currency
The company currency used in project pricing, BOQs and documents is configured inside the workspace and is separate from the SaaS subscription billing currency.
Monthly and annual billing
Plans may be offered with monthly or annual billing. The applicable interval, amount, currency and tax appear in Stripe checkout before payment confirmation.
Trials
Trial duration and payment-method requirements are controlled by the active subscription catalogue. Final website copy must read those values rather than promise a hard-coded period.
Renewal, taxes and invoices
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected interval unless renewal is cancelled. Stripe provides hosted payment collection and invoice access; applicable taxes depend on the approved billing configuration.
User and storage add-ons
Workspace owners may add supported user-seat or storage capacity. RP Specs previews Stripe’s prorated adjustment before an add-on is applied.
Plan changes
Plan or billing-interval changes may require coordination with RP Solutions so that access limits and Stripe billing remain consistent.
Payment failure
Failed or overdue payments may affect subscription status and workspace access. Exact grace periods and recovery steps must follow the approved billing rules.
Cancelling renewal
Authorized workspace owners can use the Stripe customer portal to cancel renewal. Access normally continues through the current paid period, subject to the final approved terms.
Refunds
The refund position requires a final business and legal decision. No public refund promise should be made until that wording is approved.
Data after subscription end
Workspace preservation, closure and reactivation must align with the production lifecycle and final terms. The approved policy will explain any retrieval window and deletion process.
