Door schedule import guide Harbour Point Offices / DEMO-26017 / C03 FICTIONAL SAMPLE - NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION. This sample has not been issued or approved. All project, door and product values are invented for demonstration. Try the sample 1. Use a demonstration project. Create exactly one Master-Key System before importing this file, because each sample door has Master Key set to Yes. 2. Open the Door Schedule importer and select harbour-point-door-import-template.csv. The first row contains the application's expected field names. Keep that header row intact. 3. Check the mapped columns and preview. The sample contains six physical doors and three sets. D-114 is the Door Reference; O-014 is the unique Door No.; Office entry is the Door Name; HS-02 is the Hardware Set Reference. 4. Review the import strategy. Update Existing matches by unique Door No. and can change an existing row; Skip Existing leaves matched doors unchanged; Reject Existing blocks duplicates. Door References may repeat, but Door Nos. must be unique. 5. Apply the import after resolving reported errors. This CSV imports door and set information only. Add the fictional catalogue items and hardware-set quantities separately if recreating the full sample. Prepare your own rows - Replace the six example rows with your project data. Keep identifiers as text and quantities as whole numbers of 1 or more. - Master-Key doors need quantity 1 and a non-empty Area / Building. Use one row per physical opening. - Use Yes or No for Access Control and Master Key. - Construction, leaf, access control and master-key settings must agree across rows sharing a hardware set. - Fire Rating is a required field. Non-rated (sample) is the fictional value here and is not a tested fire-resistance claim. - CSV is UTF-8. If Excel changes leading zeros in your own identifiers, import those columns as text before saving. Related sample outputs The hardware schedule, BOQ, master-key plan and technical package share this six-door dataset. The workbook uses illustrative USD rates and calculates a USD 1,763.00 hardware subtotal. Taxes, freight, installation and seven hierarchy-key copies are excluded; 18 individual key copies are included. No manufacturer certifications, private customer records or actual key-cut details are included.
